EPA requires greenhouse gas permits next year - Los Angeles Ecopolitics | Examiner.com: "The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) this week proposed new rules mandating factories and power plants obtain permits to greenhouse gases. The greenhouse gas permits would initially be required of new and modified factory and power plant sources."
